I'm switching to another broadband provider next week. Is it best that I wait until that's setup and working before I cancel Now Broadband? Only reason I ask is that I don't won't to sit on the helpline for 2 hours only be advised I wait until the switch is made to make sure I don't end up offline if something holds u the new provider.
Alternatively I also don't want to find out next week that I should have notified Now Broadband because they have some ludicrous 5 week cancellation period or the like.
Note: The Now Broadband website mentions I need to contact them as I'm switching to Virgin with no phone line.
