Cancel membership

There is no option for me to cancel my account.I wish to cancel

You can cancel the membership through the website. There is no such thing as "cancel account", can I assume you actually mean "close account"?

 

If so send an email to customer services using the email address from my signature below. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I am trying to cancel my membership for the broadband and calls with the sports package and would like a full refund please as I am discussed with the service I have had from you

You have to do this over the phone. No account issues will be resolved on the forum.

See one of my posts in this thread for the phone number to call.
