Cancel membership within 14 cool off

Took out subscription to Now Sport on 17th August & cancelled next day, 18th. They have not refunded me yet I was well within '14 day cooling off' period.

I have email dated 18th August saying 'You've cancelled your Sports month membership'. I can confirm i have NOT had any refund.

You need to speak with staff to have any chance of a refund. Just because you cancel the membership doesn’t mean you’re automatically entitled to money back. Make sure you are signed in and click the drop down at “How to get in touch” this will give you live chat.
