Cancel bank details

My god this website is bad all over the place I just checked my email from now saying I am getting 60 pound in compensation for late connection of broadband which will be credited to account.i noticed I didn't have bank details set up online so did that then it cut of whilst doing this so did it all again and now it's saying I have two of the same bank accounts what a hassle how do u delete bank details

How do i cancel bank details as your live chat is on a reduced  service and cannot  find an email address  to contact you.

Chat is still on a reduced service, but it is back now.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
