Hi I would like to know how and why you have taken money out of my account when my free trial period ended on the 3rd january 2018, and i cancelled it on the 27th december 2017. Surely this enough notice, as I done it way before the end of the free trial month. I think this is very poor management of your company as you do not provide a contact number for people to be able to contact you if needed. A response to this message would be greatly appreciated. I have also contacted my bank and raised a dispute with them about you.
