Cancel Passes said to be Managed on BT but actually don't exist on BT

I have been going around in circles.  I have entered the Now Passes and Vouchers Menu.  There I find that I have two Passes (which is correct).   The first reads as follows

 

NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass

Included in your BT TV Package

You're getting a premiere every day and over 1,000 movies on demand.

When I go into My BT there are no details of any Now Services.  I have also spoken to a BT representative and he also could find  not find any details of a Now Service.  I am nevertheless being charged £9.98 per month.  (as a Visa Charge with heading "NOWTV.COM/BILLINGHSKY".
 
Where do I go?  I would like to speak to someone but Now do not give any phone numbers.. Help

According to this linked help article below it mentions if you are a BT TV customer with a NowTV bolt on package then you should be able to manage your account under MyBT.

 

Though it sounds it's not the case in your particular circumstances.

With regards to contacting NowTV, Live Chat will be your best option (No phone number unfortunately for TV Pass customers only NowTV Broadband customers).
