I have been going around in circles. I have entered the Now Passes and Vouchers Menu. There I find that I have two Passes (which is correct). The first reads as follows
NOW TV Sky Cinema Pass
Included in your BT TV Package
You're getting a premiere every day and over 1,000 movies on demand.

According to this linked help article below it mentions if you are a BT TV customer with a NowTV bolt on package then you should be able to manage your account under MyBT.
Though it sounds it's not the case in your particular circumstances.
