Cancel NOW TV during cooling off period for full refund

Hi, I want to cancel the NOW TV sports membership I set up yesterday because the content I was hoping to watch has been removed from on demand services.

How do I cancel for a refund?

Hi @TMAC 

Jump over to NOW live chat and explain to them that you purchased the NOW Sports Membership for the Rugby Championship on Demand content and this content was removed before you had chance to watch it and you are not interested in watching anything else on Sky Sports.

Hopefully @schnapps has covered this for you, but it’s worth mentioning that the cooling off period arrangement is only applicable to Now Broadband, and not to the streaming memberships.
