Gone on to now tv today and it has lost all my watchlist, all the things I was watching, doesnt recognise that I have passes even though I signed up to an offer which doesnt expire til next year and to top it all off the live chat button doesnt seem to work - that is after going round and round in circles trying to even get there!
Any suggestions?
