Can't use any devices

Last week I signed in on my account on a device at house I stay at most weekends, so often use my NowTV there.
Today however I am at home and attempted to cast to my TV, use my phone and my PS4 with all of them saying I'm over my device limit.
The only think I've currently got on my account device list is the Xbox I currently don't have access to, so I've got a whole bank holiday weekend of wanting to watch stuff and the service won't let me use any of my devices.
