My debit card expired a couple of months ago and I got an email saying my payment hadn't gone through and to log on to change my payment details.
I did so, and called up to pay the payment I'd missed, but got another email through again this month saying payment hadn't processed.
Turns out I updated the TV payment details to my Amex, but this didn't change my broadband payment details. However, there's no option to change broadband payments online, despite the link on your website saying I can.
Is there an issue with the website? I just want to add new payment details for broadband, but can't.
