Can't sign in

I have just got BT TV  with NOW TV I had an old account with NOW TV which I signed out of to do a new account as I couldn't remember the password. But now all I get is can't sign in please try later. How do I get rid of the old account so I can set up a new one

If your billing for NOW is direct with BT, you will have to speak with BT to get any account issues resolved.


FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
