Can’t pay my outstanding bill

I have an outstanding bill, I cannot pay it it will not accept my card. My internet has now been taken away. What do I do about this I’ve tried many different cards and it won’t accept any please help.

My recommendation would be to call the broadband team in the morning after 8am.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

I don’t want to call as I am in the uk and have to pay to call, I need this sorted as soon as possible is there an email address I can use? If not I will change provider
