Can.t pay for 1 pound offer for Cinema(checkout greyed out)

As above, tried to pay both with card and paypal and check out is greyed out, tried doing from email link and on page, oh, but it is still offering me the full price tariff.

 

tried chat it just goes round in a circular, even the bot for refunds isn't answering,

 

not a good look...

Have you currently got a Cinema offer running? Otherwise, reach out to the support team, click on the green Chat online button near the top of the page here.

Tx, why could I find the chat button, something is going wrong it now won't accept my log in details that i sued to post Op!

back in now, just noticed i have an offer for 4.99 in my page, but surely that doesn't void an offer SJy have made by email?

It can do if it is not an offer that you have to do something to take up, but rather a notification that Now have granted you the offer, and you need do nothing except enjoy it.

So offering you £5 for a few months means that Now are safe from you taking advantage of any £1 offer that might come along.

But if you contact Live Chat, they can get rid of that offer for you, so you can take the better one,

In fairness to Now, I believe they are aware of this problem, and contemplating what they might be able to do to fix it,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
