I have two NowTV accounts.
The first one has a Sports subscription attached to it and is running fine. I can log in normally and use it.
Yesterday morning I ordered a second Sports subscription on my other (older) account. The system accepted the order and sent me a confirmation receipt to the email address associated with this second account. The first months payment is also showing in my Paypal account. On completion of the payment process, I was able - at that time - to log in and watch the sports streams on the second account.
However, by later yesterday and continuing this morning, I am getting 'can't load login' errors when I try to access the second account on my PC ?! If I try to log in using the App I get an incorrect username or password error ?!? I then tried to reset the password on the second account from my pc and am getting a 'this section is unavailable at the moment (or very similar) - please try later, apologies etc etc ...
Everyone says use the Chat but this has no facility to send a message and you can only select the pre-prepared options - all of which point back to the help pages which are useless in my situation.
I surely can't be the only person in this situation - any help much appreciated !

Sounds like you’re using “get help quicker” which is the bot. If you use the method provided by @redchiz1 that'll get you to live chat and speaking with staff.

Thanks - I was just accessing the Bot in the bottom right and completely missed the big green bar !!!
