Can't get any help from Nowtv re change of details

Can you contact Nowtv by phone? Their website crashes when try to change DD details, live chat never works and they are not responding to email/messages and they won't be getting any payments from a now defunct account... What to do?

Thanks for that. They claimed a waiting time of 20 mins, waited nearly 40 then stopped the call! Is that what you mean by ignoring you??
