Can’t find broadband settings or details of payments etc

I’m trying to alter settings for broadband that went live on the 22nd march 2022 but according to my account I can’t find anything that even says I’ve got broadband it says no upcoming payments…etc I’m so confused

Give te broadband team a call to see if there is anything they can do. Number in my signature below.
