Can't escape from broadband bills

We moved house late last year, and cancelled our broadband. I received written confirmation of this, however we continued to be charged. I contacted NOW TV, who apologised and refunded the overpayments, however they kept charging us. I contacted them again, received another apology and another refund, yet despite this, our account still shows that we will continue to be charged for broadband. How do I get this stopped!?!?!

Contact your bank, and withdraw the authority for these payments.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
