Hi I’ve got this problem too - driving me round the bend!! Tried to call on a number they sent me on email but even when I chose the My Account option it would take me to Sky Business, was on hold forever then eventually hung up on. Have you heard from anyone about this yet, receiving daily emails from NowTV to make payment but can’t speak to a human!! The number I was sent is 03303 323 050 - if you want to give it a go!
