Hi all,
I have an old account with NowTV. It was set up using an Email address that I no longer have access to, and I have no idea what the account password is.
I therefore can't request a password change Email, as I won't get it, nor can I log in to cancel the account. I can't speak to anyone on the phone, so I can't cancel the £33.99 a month that Now continue to take from me.
Does anyone have any ideas?
