Can't add new payment Details

Trying to add a new bank account details to my account and it says the bank account isn't valid

I've tried four times to add the account and the same.

Could the issue be that the banks account is brand new?

Don't know what else I can do, I can add that bank details into my amazon account and my iphone, but not now tv

I'm considering it. As per the GDPR the right to be forgotten

I do have amazon prime and netflix in the past

That's the issue sorted with adding new bank details. When my wages went I could add my new card details.

Yes, NowTV try to reserve a test 10p from new accounts, to check the card is working, so with a zero balance, it wouldn’t have been accepted.

Presumably, by the time you used it yesterday, it had some money in it, or at least a guaranteed overdraft amount, and if you had tried NowTV again, it would have gone through?
