Can a now tv employee contact me billing issue

So I have paid for the entertainment movies and sports, I'm on a package where its pay monthly, but only the entertainment and movies keeps trying to come out every week, the sports is paid on the 6th every month

No account issues are resolved on a forum. You need to speak with staff directly, which is via live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

If you have a problem you have to contact them; they don’t monitor this customer to customer Community, and even if they did, they wouldn’t contact you over it.

So you need to talk to them on Live Chat, as found here:-

And I don’t understand your issue; what ‘package’ are you on, as these are three independent memberships? And if two of them are coming out weekly, you must be three times over-subscribed to them 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
