Can I see my current call charges during the month ?

Hello, I am a new customer. I would like to see my current landline call charges during the month as I have always been able to do with previous suppliers of my landline like Virgin and BT. I cannot see anywhere in the online account or on the app where this information is. Can anyone help ?  Surely I don't have to wait till the end of the month every month to see my bill as I like to check it regularly to keep track of my landline call costs.

I agree that you should be able to see your phone charges but, as I'm not a Now TV phone customer, I don't know their policy on this topic.


However, email them at the following:

Now TV Customer Services Email.jpgPerhaps they can tell you if this facility is available and how you can access it.

Thanks, tried that but predictabley no reply as of yet. Not a good start to my time with NowTV. 😐

Your best option will be contact the broadband team.
