Can I pause broadband account?

Hi, we are moving but unsure of new address yet so would like to pause current plan - is this possible?

Hi @John2 

I don't believe you can suspend /pause your NOW Broadband contract.

Maybe drop NOW an email using the email address below and get the answer from NOW themselves.
