I am a new NowTV customer and I am awaiting delivery of a modem later this month. Can I change the delivery address? I won't be at home on the date of my delivery.

You could try calling the broadband team, but they might tell you about Royal Mail and the tracking.

The delivery of the router will be made by Royal Mail. You should be provided a tracking number, when you get the tracking number I am sure you will be able to make the changes of the delivery.
