CONSTANT BILLING

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES IVE CANCELLED AND STILL BEEN CHARGED BY YOU THIEVES!!!!!

Your best to speak to NOW staff directly, this is customer forum primarily used by customers. Staff seldom monitor and post on the forum.

Same here but they do t have a phone number for TV customers and its a stupid bot on chat. Proper bad mind

Not meaning to be insulting, but are you sure you actually cancelled everything fully? What does it say under Your Membership.

 

They appear to add another page to click through every week at the moment. When I cancelled the sports package in January, I had to click cancel at least 4 times.

If your clicking "get help quicker" then all you will get is the bot. You need to click the box for "chat online". 

 

You can also use my signature to get the email address for customer services.

I stopped my membership last month, yet they still billing me

Their website is very confusing to stop you cancelling the service. I had to go my credit card and put a block on them
