CHARGED TWICE

I was charge twice but I have just one subscription. How can I have my money back??

In the membership section of your account, what active memberships do you have?

Did you take out the free trial on the offers section of the website?

If so this includes entertainment, cinema and boost £9.99, £9.99, £5 after 7 days.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
