CANCEL ACCOUNT

I have cancel my account but money is still being taken from my account, WHY. I need the money refunded with immediate effect.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Check if there's any active passes on your My Account > My Passes page

If there is make sure you cancel them again, if not they might be on a different account so check any others you might have.

I have just cancelled my entertainment pass because I don't use it. I want a refund of the monthly fee of £7.99 just taken from my account. Can somebody authorise this please?

just found out my passes were not canceled too, i had to click cancel 4 times at the bottom of the are you sure and here are the offers, once its done corectly it will show canceled and change to subscribe button.
