Bt Link

I had an account with BT with Now linked fine but closed that BT account and now made a new account. I can't access now tv now and the email linked is wrong, I don't have access to that email to log in or change details.

I’m going to be vaguely puzzled as to why you made a new account with an email you can’t access - typo maybe? - but follow the advice in this link:-

You will need the bit on that page where you contact Live Chat and ask them to unscramble this for you.

There may also be a complication where you perhaps weren’t unhooked from BT TV properly, but Live Chat should also know how to advise you if that is the case.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
