Broadband without NOW TV

Had NOW broadband and NOW TV for almost two years now, but never used the tv. Can I cancel the tv subscription but keep the broadband subscription? Asking as I bought these as a "package deal", so at teh time there wasn't an option buy separately.

@DH1

Call the broadband team to renew your contract.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

Edit: I currently have NOW broadband and TV, but want to cancel only the TV subscription. I can do this online, but just want to be sure that cancelling the tv subscription will not negatively impact the broadband sub (increase it's cost or cancel it as well by default)

You need to call the team as outlined in my post to make sure.

Hi @DH1

The NOW TV Streaming Memberships are a total seperate service to their NOW Broadband service so you should be able to cancel your TV subscription Membership directly from your online NOW account without any impact to your NOW Broadband package.

There is a general NOW Broadband price increase of £3.50 per month after the 5th of July 2023, but this will have nothing to do with cancelling your TV Membership.
