Broadband prices changed twice in 6 months 😡

My broadband bill has risen twice in 6 months from the sign up fee of £22 then up to £23.50 and is now £25.50, would someone care to explain?

Then using the final drop down question you’ll see the number to call NOW to get something sorted.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

£22 plus the £3.50 increase that Now emailed you about, giving you the option to exit the contract if you didn’t like that.

No idea about the little jump to £23.50; maybe the increase started partway through a billing month?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
