My broadband price has suddenly increased from £25 to £43.99 after 3 months. Is this right. I thought it would be £25 for 12 months

When you go to My Account > Bills & Payments when you go into the breakdown of the monthly bills (click the arrows to expand the on screen information) is price increase related to the fixed price Broadband charge or Phone charges and if it relates to the phone billing see what the phone numbers that have been dialled which are outside the Anytime Free Calls bracket.
Anyway any questions regarding billing or payments you need to speak to the NowTV Broadband Team where you will find their telephone number under Orders & Appointments by clicking the drop down arrow below your live date.
The live date on the Orders & Appointments page should usually be the start date of your 12 month contract.

The orders and appointments page is completely blank, there is no dropdown menu
