Broadband not working been off since 1 pm very little info

Anyone know why and if it's being fixed today?

Unfortunately it’s been a fault with OpenReach which has nothing to do with NOW but it’s out of their control and they are waiting for OpenReach to fix it

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Unfortunately this is an on going issue. Mine has been doing this nearly every night for near a year. It us a waste of time complaining as from my previous experience very little us done

Unfortunately. It is a crock!! Mine has been going down around the same time nearly every night for the past 10 months. Complaints arent taken seriously, so cant wait until my contract ends!!
