Broadband charges

My broadband charges increased from £20 in August to £35-99 in September. Can anyone explain why please?

Have you come to the end of your 12 month "contract"? If so then the £35.99 is the standard full price for the broadband.

I'd recommend that you get in touch with the broadband team and see if you can get yourself a new deal.

There was a number at the bottom of my post.

0330 041 2460

If not I would then recommend using the Live chat.

https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch

1. NOW TV account & payments

2. Cancelling or renewing NOW TV Passes

3. Drop down 'How to get in touch'

4. Live Chat
