I signed up for broadband over the weekend and when I login and go to 'My Package' page it shows all services (broadband, calls, line rental) as cancelled.
I've received no email after sign up, or about cancellation, but YOU HAVE managed to take £5 from my bank account.
Can someone please explain what has happened if you can't supply the service, reverse the card payment.
Call the team to get it resolved.

Thanks, I phoned and was told my phone number is 'not active' and can't be ported - yep, the number I rang them on is inactive!
My current ISP Sky say there is 'no problem' and they see no reason why TalkTalk, Cuckoo and nowTV ALL say that my number can't be ported.
Anyway, it looks like a Sky problem as other people on Sky's support forum are reporting that they can't port numbers as Sky is now VOIP.
So move to Sky, you lose your phone number if you every want to move away when the deal ends, despite Ofcom saying you have a right to keep the number 😕
