I recently purchased Broadband and TV....I'm still waiting for the activation...but received an email from my current broadband provider to say thanks for choosing to stay and that the switch over had been cancelled. I did not cancel it?? Now I can't seem to find a way to discuss this with anyone so I dont know what's happening??

Under My Account > Manage Account > Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here what does it show under the live activation date ?
Your best option would to give the NowTV Broadband Team a call to find out what's happening with your NowTV Broadband order (use the telephone number on the link page below to reach out to the NowTV Broadband Dept).
