Broadband bill charged twice

I manually paid a bill over the phone and now I’ve been charged twice? Does anyone know how I go about getting this back. Phone is a nightmare !

Assuming your manual payment over the phone wasn't a back payment and the second charge is for the current month.

And you are not keen to phone them again, then maybe use the web form on this link below to send them a message about being charged twice.
