Broadband and account issues

Hi  I logged on to my account on Saturday to check my broadband as I had ran a test and it was very slow.  Unfortunately even though I can log in and my internet and tv are working, when I check my account I cannot cancel passes and I cannot view my recent or future payments even though they are regularly coming out if my account.

 

I know we are currently undergoing exceptional times at the minute but it also means that broadband connections are even more important.

 

I would really like to upgrade my broadband connection but more importantly I would like to be able to access the details of my account and the breakdown of what I am paying for.
