I got the email a while back about the £3.50 bill increase, which did take effect in August bringing my bill to £31.49. However, looking at my account, the payment for October will suddenly be £38.50.
No emails from Now explaining this huge increase after two months. What's going on?

When did you take out the contract originally? Has it been 12 months? If so then the discounted rate is coming to an end.
Best call the broadband team to see what can be done. Make sure you're signed in for the number.
