Bring back removing devices

Bring back the option to erase devices, your system is too slow to update if you stop streaming on one and start the other.

While I am a great fan of Now bringing back our ability to remove devices, and further, our ability to edit the descriptions of these devices, this won’t help you with your issue, which isn’t affected by, and doesn’t affect, whatever devices you have.

The slow switching from one device to another is because you aren’t exiting properly on the first device, so Now isn’t alerted that you are off the first device until it does its rounds, every ten minutes or so.

Whereas if you exit properly, this will immediately inform Now, and you will be able to pick up on a second device within seconds.

To exit properly, just make sure you exit the programme you are watching. Don’t just switch away from Now, or turn the device off, or anything like that.

You can even stay logged in, in the menu of the first device, just as long as you have closed the programme or episode you were watching, before trying to pick it up on the second device.

Or buy Boost, get three simultaneous devices, no ads, HD and 5.1….

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Chat can clear down all of your devices if need be.  Handy if you find a rogue device on your list.

But as @RoyB states. Stop one stream by closing it before starting another and it should work fine.
