Braodband payment

Hi all,

So I just checked my bank account and it says my broadband bill has not come out for the last month. However my account on the Now TV website says it has?  Do you have any suggestions on what to do?...

Last time I had a payment issue I was told that Now TV have a 2 week window for the bills to come out, but that was quite a few years ago.

Hi there,

I have just rang and made the payment that was missing. I then changed the date of bill payment from the 26th to the 3rd. So in that aspect does that mean that instead of my next bill being taken on the 26th of this month it will be the 3rd of next month?

Assuming you’ve made the change for future payments as part of the call, you should be fine.

After a few days for the changes to kick I I’d check the up and coming payments part of your account. This should give you an indication.

Otherwise you can always call the team again to make sure.
