Box upgrade & passes

Hi,

 

Just wondered what happens to the passes on my stick when my 4k box upgrade arrives. I believe this comes with a 1 month entertainment & movies pass. Will I lose the passes on my stick or will I get both?

Or if they are embedded in the box, like they are these days on the Stick, then any passes that can’t be started at once, because you have more than a month left on an existing pass of that type, will go and live at the top of My Account/Passes & Vouchers, ready for you to call down when you need them.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

If I am not mistaken I believe the passes you get given are in voucher form and just apply it to your account. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
