Bought a now TV Box for nothing?

So I just spent £50 on a nowtv box for nothing says payment not authorized cannot do anything cant ever use the nowtv box as my bank block subscription based payments

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. Are you sure your bank auto-blocks any subscription services, as I've not heard of card issuers doing that by default? You are right you do need to a valid NOW TV account with payment card on to be able to setup the box. I would contact your bank to see if they can allow payments to be made, and you might also want to have a word with live chat to see if there is anything they can do at their end. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page

nope they won't help with getting the device working is just gonna get launched at the wall
