Boost

I have been charged for boost for the last 2 months which I did not want. I've tried to find a way to communicate with a person but just keep getting a bolt. Totally fed up with it all. Would like the payment for boost repaid, if not would like to cancel my membership completely. How do can I do this please.  This is to much hassle.

To "communicate with a person" click here and then on the green Chat online button near the top of the page. They are there until midnight.

You got Boost because you signed up for something else, and Now stealthily threw in a free trial for Boost. And then, as you didn’t notice it to cancel it, it turned into a paid membership 7 days later.

Some people seem to think that either it’s alright for Now to do that, or it’s your fault for not scanning your signup for unexpected extras.

I don’t.
