Could anyone explain why after already receiving the payment for boost ,sports, movies and entertainment it keeps asking for me to update payment details so the can take the payment for boost again.
Was it an email ?
Does Boost still work on your playback devices ?
It could be a glitch or the email was sent to the wrong account by mistake and wasn't meant for you (seen this happen before).
The only thing I could find doing a search on the NOW Community Forum was this link thread below.
Perhaps either try live chat or tag the person in the link who created the thread and ask them if it was resolved and how did it get sorted.
