Boost payments

I was charged £5 for boost on the 5th Decmber, which is fine because I know I pay for it. But I was charges another £5 for boost today, even though it hasn’t been a month. Anyone know why?

What does it show under your payments section of the account?

Use this link to see if you have somehow a duplicate account using the same payment details.

Put a payment PIN on your account.

Then go onto live chat to see about getting refunded. You have to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

You could also email support using the address from the below picture.
