I posted yesterday how I have just realised that I have been charged for 15 months of Boost membership, which I knew nothing about and which I do not want.
They have marked the issue as resolved because someone replied to my post - but it is not resolved at all - hence my new post.
The Bot only refunded me for 1 month, and when I eventually found how to Chat with an agent, the most they would offer me was a £20 credit, when they still owe me £65.
They say I signed up for it when I took out my Now Tv membership, but that is nonsense - I have been with Now TV for years.
Looks like this will require a letter to their CEO to get resolved.

Only you can mark a post as a solution, not NOW.
Creating yet another thread won’t get it resolved. As I’ve already mentioned on your first thread with ways to get in touch.

I did explain thanks - I;ve already spoken with them and they offered only a £20 credit, nothing like what they owe me.

Be persistent with other agents you’ll hopefully get the outcome you want.

I have only ever had the standard entertainment pass - never signed up for Boost and didn;t even know about it till last night.

How do you watch content. Is it live or on demand?
If it’s the latter then boost has saved you from being forced to watch third party adverts.

You should have a nosy to see what your getting with boost.

That being said I’ve been paying £2 a month for the last 14 months. All to get 1080p picture quality, 5.1 sound and 3 streams instead of 1, all on top of no third party adverts.

I watch live TV and the likes of iplayer and ITVX. I still get all the adverts so it's saved me nothing and I'm not bothered about having to see the ads anyway.
I have no interest in what Boost has to offer - it is of no use to me, but tahnk you.

As yeah you’ll never get rid of adverts with live TV even with boost. All you’ll notice then is a big reduction in picture quality and possibly sound quality depending on your setup.

I get adverts even when watching iplayer etc. Boost did not stop them and my picture and sound quality was just fine before.
This is not really the point anyway. Bosst could be the best things since sliced bread, but I didn't ask for it, and did not know I had it. II have paid for something I did not ask for or want, without any communication from the supplier, even when they put the fee up, which they are supposed to do.
