Boost Charge When I didn't Click the Tick Box so didn't want it!

Hi,

On Sunday I bought a day pass and I did NOT click the box for the Boost. As soon as I put in my code to pay I got the alert from my bank and I have been charged the extra £5. I immediately tried to get in touch with Customer Service but to no avail. I have logged a Customer Service query.

 

How can I get in touch with Customer Service???
