I have an account online to check my bills and payments but nothing shows up at all. Can anyone help with this please.

Thanks. Yes broadband and calls. Nothing has ever showed up in my account. In the end I have had to add another email address and for some reason this has sorted it out. Strange way to do this but at least I can now see what is happening.
Sounds very odd. Drop support an email to see if there is anything that can be done. See below picture for the email address.
