I being charged £9.99 I’ve come here to cancel and it’s not showing I even have a package but I want to cancel it?

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. £9.99 will be a cinema pass, you should be able to cancel this from your My Account > Passes and Vouchers page, more info here

If you can't see any active pass you may have signed into the wrong account, try signing in with any other usernames you have, and if you still can't find it pop onto live chat and they should be able to help. You can get to live chat from the Contact Us page
