Hi. I have been a NOW customer for a few years, but never been able to find any statements or details of my monthly payments for calls and broadband. When I go to billing and accounts, it only shows my Entertainment and Boost charges. Can anyone tell me how to access my main account please?
Out of curiosity is there anything showing under either Broadband & Calls or Messages or Orders & Appointments?
If not, double check any email correspondence sent by NOW / Sky with regards to Broadband is sent to the same email address you use to login in here.
Hi. Thank you so much for your reply to my question. I have checked out everything you have suggested. Unfortunately, I still can’t see anything about my account! I have spent so much time on this, I think I will just try to ring them tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
